"Absolutely worst Uhaul location ever.. The “Manager” if he even was one, was the rudest person I’ve had the pleasure of talking to in the last few years.. after a long day, finally manage to get a ride to the uhaul where I was redirected to to pick up our reserved truck, realized I’d be close to close, but made it with 4 minutes left, I hadn’t even got out of my friends car when I hear a guy ask, are you hear for a pick up? And I say yes, and he proceeds to in the most condescending voice yell back at me “We’re Closed!!” Not anything else. No sorry no, checking my reservation just walks off…. After driving across town too to pick up a truck from another location. I’m just pretty sure I’m not using uhaul any more, which is a shame as the location near where I live is amazing, and everyone is incredibly helpful there.."
