"This union is a bad choice for anyone that’s in the HVAC trade. The apprenticeship sets you up for failure in the workplace and the contract is set up unfairly for anyone in service that actually waists the 5 years of their life completing their apprenticeship. Anytime you get a chance to talk to someone who can do something about it they’re either trying to change the conversation or get off the phone as soon as possible due to their lack of understanding of the service contract. You’re better off just picking a different trade with these guys cuz a business agent won’t do anything for you. Front office staff is legit though."
