"My home warranty company contracted Pro Price Heating to come out and look at my HVAC. It needed repairs. The technician reported a part was missing so the home warranty denied the claim, however, the part was there, it had broken and fallen off the HVAC. The home warranty company would have covered the repairs if he would have just found the part and reported the the HVAC needed repairs. I know this because a 2nd technician came out to verify. The technician from Pro Price fixed the HVAC and charged me, this shouldn't have happened until the home warranty company actually sent a denial letter. So because of his lack of protocol and the fact that he didn't look for the part I am out the money for the repairs. Be careful if someone from this company comes out for a home warranty contract. The repairs were good though and the contractor was friendly, he just didn't do a complete job or follow protocol."

"I’ve been very impressed with Pro Price. They replaced my AC when it went out in the middle of a heat wave. Due to the steep pitch in my roof the install wasn’t without problems. Dustin with the help of his amazing crew worked it out and made it happen ASAP. I was so happy with their service, I had them replace all the ductwork in my attic and they added a new return in my master to help with airflow as it was the hottest room in the house. My almost 40 year old home is breathing easier and feeling cooler. All the techs have been timely, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I can’t remember all of them but most recently Eric, Aaron, Donnie, Ant, Emmanuel have been great."

"Let me start by saying, I highly recommend this company! My experience in every area was stellar. Starting with Nick, the technician who came to service my unit that wasn’t working, him recommending what my options were, taking the time to explain everything and answer my questions thoroughly. Gave me options, and having a 19 year old AC, we opted for a new unit. They gave me a 10 year parts & labor manufacturers warranty (that’s important, because if you just get a warranty from the AC company and they go out of business, you’re out of luck. With a manufacturers warranty, they will back it up even if the AC company closes their doors), and a service program for my other units. I couldn’t ask for more. The technicians that came out and installed the unit today were within the timeframe they gave me, courteous & professional. Even Sharon, the lady I spoke with in the office regarding my payment was super nice. The service I received was above and beyond."
