"I first made an appointment at the Henderson location to get the internal screen protector replaced on my Fold4, but when I arrived the day of the appointment, I was told the the only tech that performed those replacements was off on the weekends, and to come back Monday (if that was the case, why did you confirm my appointment?). So, I drove 35 minutes across town (after calling to confirm the repair could be completed) to the West LV location. I dropped off the phone and was told it would take 2 1/2 hours "since they have a special machine to do the replacement" (is it a machine or a specialized tech like the other store told me?). I was first told it would be covered under warranty, but then told it wasn't covered since there were air bubbles (you know, the very reason I needed it replaced...). I paid and proceeded to drive home (35 minutes away), waited an hour, then drove back to the store (another 35 minute drive). When I arrived, I was told the replacement was not done because my phone was in the wrong mode (the tech who took my phone didn't say anything about it needing to be in a particular mode, nor did they check apparently). He proceeded to ask me to come back another day. At this point, I had spent almost 4 hours trying to get this done, and since I had already paid for the service, I demanded it be done, letting him know I would wait. He took the phone back, and not more than 10 minutes later, he was back out with the screen protector replaced. Why did you let me drive back and forth (I mentioned the previous hassle and the distance up front) for a service that could be completed so quickly? A pure lack of competence, concern and customer service. Horrible experience all around."
