Awhile ago he took time to walk me through an involved procedure with my water heater, over the phone, and never even charged me. He has always responded right away to any emergency I have had, and I've had a few!"
"I called Monday April 8th in the early afternoon. The man that answered name was Shane. He said he would be over to my moms house on Tuesday at April 9th at 12:30 pm NEVER CALLED OR SHOWED. Bad business would not recommend. Wasted day!"
