"We had a water leak from our jetted soaking tub. The tub is over 30 years old and we had difficulty finding anyone who would help us, but by contacting a national plumbing supply company, we were directed to Butter. Colton, the tech, took the time to find and resolve the leak despite a lack of any easy access to the plumbing. In the first and a follow-up visit to install additional parts, he was incredibly professional, helpful, and spent time to answer all of our questions. My wife calls him “the best plumbing tech we’ve ever used.” We would definitely use Butter again, and will request Colton when we do."

"I called expecting there would be a long delay in getting help with my leaking water shut off valve. The service representative was there within the hour, was friendly, informative and proceeded to change out the valve system well within the estimated time. He also cleaned up the area leaving it in better shape than when he arrived. I have used Butter Plumbing in the past and will continue to use them in the future as I have always been very happy with their service."

"Well having your hot water go out on New Years Eve isn’t great but luckily Butter Plumbing was open and had techs working. They gave me a 2 hour window which actually was more like 4.5 hours but they send you a text and email of the tech coming out with a little bio about the person which is cute. They bring their own booties so their shoes don’t mess up your floors and it was my thermocouple that needed to be replaced because the pilot light wouldn’t stay on. That was about $400 for service call, parts, and labor. Did you know that if you need a water heater replaced on a second floor they charge extra for that which is over $300 and requires 2 people. Fernando was super polite, nice, and professional. He was done in about an hour. Not the cheapest repair but glad it is fixed and has a 1 year warranty for that part."

"Butter Plumbing deserves a mixed review. They did a fine job replacing two leaking water supply line valves under my sink. They arrived and completed the work approximately 24 hrs after I contacted them. Overall, I was satisfied with the repair work they performed. However, their charges ($) for this work was obscene. The plumber clearly told me before doing the work how much it would cost, I gagged but I agreed as I was in a bad situation trying to get these leaks fixed ASAP so I could leave town the next day. I had an emergency, I paid emergency room prices and I got my problem solved. But BEWARE. If you don’t have the cash to cover their exorbitant repair rates, look elsewhere for your first call."

"John Barrett our technician was amazing! He saved our Thanksgiving day by providing us with hot water again!! He reviewed with me a couple things to check for any potential future issues. We are beyond happy with Butter today!!! As my husband often says “everything is better with Butter”. Now it has a double meaning. Thank you Butter!!!"
