"Very happy with my service today. I called late Wednesday afternoon and he said they could come out Friday. He called me Friday morning when they were about ten minutes away. The two guys arrived and were very nice and polite. They immediately identified my problem and began the repair. They explained the problem with both my toilets and showed me what was wrong. They replaced the needed parts and the problem was solved. Very reasonable price for the repair. I highly recommend them and will use them again, also for my HVAC. "Called and made an appointment several days out since they were back to back with service calls. Not a problem. Called the day before with the instructions to access the property, the guy told me, “yep, planning on it.” The time came and went and I called to get an update on what the fix was. The response was a rude remark about how I was pushed and this is why appointments don’t work out and that I should have known that. Good thing for places like Paul Lemke’s business and Clint at Controlled Environments-both were eager to help and those 2 always follow instruction and keep you updated. Never had issues with them.
