"Once again outstanding service. Josie and Sabrina answered promptly and we received same day scheduling. Brandon arrived early and patiently listened to our issue. He presented several options and made sure to repeat back our final choice of snaking a camera through the vent to check for a blockage. Found the issue to be loose P trap seal and he fixed easily. Unfortunately for us they had to cut into the drywall behind the tiled wall but did a great job minimizing the hole.
