"After making an appointment on the phone with Best Buy/Geek squad for replacement of a frontscreen from a Samsung Zfold 3 they tell me at arrival they don't do Samsung flip or fold phones. A trip for nothing. And do t bother trying to complain or find a solution. You'll be talking to some call center on the other side of the world that have no clue what they are doing."
"I needed a motherboard upgrade on my PC at the Geek Squad on Rainbow in Las Vegas on January 2nd. To be fair I should have backed up my PC beforehand but money was tight for me. Buying a new hard drive was a lot for me at the time and the Geek Squad there told me they could handle all of the backing up for me so I trusted them. After the upgrade they completely lost hundreds of GB's worth of valuable data on my computer. Literally everything in my Documents section of my PC was completely wiped after the upgrade. I took it back multiple times and told them my stuff was missing and maybe I was looking in the wrong areas of my PC for it. They searched for hours and it was all gone. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR COMPUTER!! I spent hundreds of hours on valuable music files which I produce on FL Studio. All Gone. Medical documents, work related documents and all of my homework from college, Gone. At least they installed the motherboard correctly but they lost everything on my computer. These people should honestly be fired."
