"This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They were sent by RC Willey to repair my 80" TV. They sent Bryan the tech and he decided that it needed 2 parts. It has been a month now and I have not heard a word from them. I am unable to get anybody to answer my texts. They don't have a phone that they answer. Everything goes to message that they never return a call. I do not recommend this company. They are the WORST."

"I highly "Do Not" recommend this business. Their technician came out just to give a $$$ diagnostic a couple of months ago and never followed up as discussed with a solution or quote of what we needed to repaired on our TV. We called and left numerous messages on their answering machine and still no reply. I'm thinking about filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau via Nellis AFB and letting Sony Tech Support (who suggested them) to not recommend them ever. If they can't or don't want to fix a solution, why not just tell the customer? Bad business and unprofessional."

"Really, really impressed with the customer service from these guys! Sony referred me here for a repair to my TV, and after leaving a voicemail (and sending a text which was a really appreciated option), I got a call back in less than 10 minutes. The person I spoke to was extremely personable, very knowledgeable, and asked some great qualifying questions to ascertain the problem. I was especially impressed with the fact that she did research before telling me "bring it in and we'll do diagnostics for $XX.XX." As it turns out, Sony doesn't carry what I needed to replace my TV, and she was completely transparent about that. She could have easily made some money off a customer without a solution, but instead she looked out for my best interest, and that speaks volumes."

"They diagnosed a bad power supply. The tech Bryan told me the part was in stock and it take 4 to 5 days. A few weeks later he told me he had changed the order from a middleman directly to LG and it would be 4 to 5 days. It has been a month, now and the tech is no longer responding. I only get a recording at the office. I finally did get a callback. She was nice but "filling in with no computer access." She told me all parts are back ordered but could give me no specific status on my power supply. I asked for a callback from the Manager and have heard nothing back. This is no way to treat customers. This has all been resolved. The company followed up with regular communication. The TV is fixed and I am happy with the final resolution. The core issue stemmes from turnover of office staff. It is difficult staffing in today's environment."

"Scott was amazing! The service that I received from him was prompt, efficient and friendly. Not only did he go above and beyond to repair my TV, he offered me such great deal on a TV that I not only bought one for my bedroom... I bought one for my Mother too! I enjoyed his company and he was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to anyone. The next time I need assistance or have questions I will definitely be contacting him.
