"They had to call me 3 times to setup appointment cause they kept overbooking it. Then the plumber guy called and kept talking over me when I was talking. I’d give zero stars if I could. Horrible company. They need to learn to listen to the customer first. The warranty company called and actually listened and it was done in 2 seconds. Stay far far away from these jokers."

"My experience is stay away. My first experience is there plumber was sent to check my soft water unit when he arrived he had no clue the difference between a soft water unit and a garden hose. He tried to change me even admitted he didn't know a thing about what he was sent for but he could send his friend to check it for me. Yes he could send his friend I would be very careful of letting 5 star work on anything"
