"This company is the worst if you have an emergency with your plumbing. I had a pipe crack outside the house on 3/3/24. I call Rooter Ranger Plumbing at 2:30pm, because they have 24 hr service. Spoke with very friendly lady on the phone, and she scheduled me in for that day. I get a phone call at 8:19pm that night and was told they do not have anyone available. The girl that I spoke with, told me that they were putting me on the priority list the first of the morning. They would be at the house at 7am. Monday morning 3/4/24. No call, No show. I had to reach out to another company and they were on the way. Thank you Javier Plumbing. A job well done!!!!!"

"Travis is the best plumber we have ever had. He is friendly, courteous, and provides excellent work. Their prices are great and I would not trust the plumbing in my home to anyone else. "I most definitely recommend Rooter Ranger. This was my second time needing their services and both times were a great experience. Carvel was the technician who came out to help me on New Year’s Eve and he went above and beyond. I had a faulty water softener and he explained my options clearly. Ultimately I opted to remove the water softener and he handled it right then. There was an additional part needed and since it was a holiday it wasn’t readily available. Carvel got the part and came back again the next day to make sure everything was in working order. He even helped me clean up some of the mess the salt left. Thank you!"
