"I called Outwest Services because Louis Edwards said his company where great plumbers. So I called him to come check out my fathers house because I noticed his house had water damage. I wanted to see if we had a leak. So my journey with Outwest Services began when I called them on a Monday. After talking to him I was informed that he would be able to come check it out till Wednesday. Once he got there and had a chance to check it out, he informed me that we had no leaks, but that we had a really bad mold problem. He said that they where also a mold remediation company and that they would be able to help, and that they would send me a quote as soon as they could. I waited a day nothing.... I waited another day.... nothing.... now its Friday, so I say ok I’ll wait till Monday. Monday comes around and yet again no call. So I called another plumber and he showed up the same day and rechecked his work and he charged me $0 to come out and check the same thing Louis checked out. The real plumber recommended me to a real mold remediation company and they came out the same day and gave me a quote in 12hrs. So after everything, I called Louis and told him that I had hired a different company and to forget about the quote. After this, he informed me that his charges would be 150.00. I should have just called a real plumber and a real mold remediation company; I would have not waisted a week an a half waiting just to get charged 150.00. Just to add to this, I think he should have told me ahead of time what he charges before hand."
