"I called the after hours at 3am because my baby got really sick after her vaccination, the nurse called me back. Her name was Jessica She was total disrespectful, awful and didn’t care interrupt me entire time, and then hang up on me totally unprofessional, I called to ask for help, but instead got disrespected. I totally hate this clinic now and everyone who works there."

"Received a call regarding my child. The person on the phone would only identify herself as “nurse” and refused to give a name. Said she didn’t have to give me any information and then began demanding PHI for my child. I told her I didn’t feel comfortable giving information to an unidentified person calling from an unlisted cellular phone. Interestingly enough, when I called back to ask to speak to the clinical manager the receptionist was able to give her name. It was Angela. Angela was an absolute gem. “Nurse” is an unprofessional dolt. Do better Boys Town."

"I love our doctor and always feel like she goes beyond my expectations to help our kids. The staff is a different story. It seems like there is no communication between areas. We get an email saying we can schedule well checks. I call the office and they aren't. You can rarely just call and make an appointment. You have to leave a message and have a nurse call. Again, my doctor is great. If it was just her and the other doctors we have seen, I would give 5 stars."

"Dr Domet is a wonderful doctor. He never is rushed and really takes the time to hear my concerns, address them and helps me feel comfortable as a new mom. He is very encouraging and just does a great great job with our little one. I am so thankful to have him as our Dr and feel confident that our little one is in good hands!!"
