"So I just wanna bring this out in the open, the customer service at this store is very bad. Went into the store yesterday and saw some Ice Cream on sale, it said $3.98 and when I got to the register it said $4.98 so I asked an employee but this employee didn’t even wanna help. She tried making me go update my rewards account then come back and purchase after I’m done. Why can’t you just adjust the amount by $1.00 before I update the rewards because the Ice Cream will be melted by the time I get back. Your customer service is TRASH and I would rather drive 30 minutes to Walmart then shop here. I hate this place but being in Jefferson you don’t have much of a choice."
