This happened on Thanksgiving Day and when I texted Matt, he texted back almost immediately. He offered to have someone come out on Thanksgiving Day for a very reasonable fee or for even less, we could wait till the following day. Since Thanksgiving is not all that cold here in Vegas, we decided to wait till the next day. Matt was able to diagnose the issue and even installed a thermostat that we purchased at a Black Friday sale, keeping the whole cost incredibly affordable.
