"This man is wonderful!! He is honest and you would be making a mistake to trust any bad review about him. I had SEVERAL issues with my fridge. Not only did he come back out (the first visit did not fix everything)for free and replace additional parts- FOR FREE!! Honestly I cannot take any review serious if its saying something negative. He is straight forward no b.s. and if you appreciate that type of person, you will love MIKE! He even threw in the bulb, and guaranteed me if it still does not work he will refund me. No comparison here!"

"If you read the reviews, Mike is "direct" and has done this for 40 years. I called and he grilled me on the phone and then said he would be right over within 30 minutes to fix my broken ice maker. In fixing it, he saved me about $100 a year in maintenance stuff for the refrigerator. I decided to look up all the parts and what would it cost me to do it myself? Almost the same cost and it took Mike 60 minutes knowing what he was doing with the proper tools. Can't imagine how long it would take me with mistakes and no testing equipment. Plus Mike told me that if the bin was not full the next day call him and he would make things right. Working with 4 different homes in two states, I appreciate when I run into a guy that truly cares about what he is doing. Call him if you have an issue with your refrigerator. But read to see if he will work on your brand. Just another thing, he only works on refrigerators so you are not calling a Jack of all Trades repair company."

"Woke up Sat. of Memorial Day weekend....refrigerator/freezer NOT cold; Called 5 repair companies that advertised they did emergency service. Not true....the earliest that 2 of them could come was the following Wednesday and the other three didn't even return my call. I finally found Mike...first, I was impressed because he actually answered the phone. He was at my house within two hours and fixed my refrigerator at a fair price. He was very professional and absolutely knew what he was doing. I will refer him to everyone I know."

"I call them and Mike told me that it would be $70 to go and see what the problem was, he did went the same day look on the back of the refrigerator he took the bottom part apart and pulled out what he said was the part with the problem, he then gave me an estimate of almost $500 to fix it and he wasn't sure if it was that or something else but he said he needed my ok with the cost of the repair to continue checking and see if in fact was that part because if i said no then he didn't want to waste my time and his time, i said no that was to much and he just left with out puting back what he had taken apart on the back of the refrigerator. My husband called him the following day to asked him to please come back and put it back how it was and he was very rude with him and told him no! And that he was done with the visit and since we didn't want him to repair it he wasn't going to go back , and that he can put it back him self that he left all the screws there...worst service ever! we pay him $70 it wasn't a free estimate..."

"I'll be honest with you, I didn't even use this company's services because of the way the representative treated me on the phone. I wanted to get a little information regarding the average cost of repairs for refrigerators that had similar symptoms as mine, but the representative was rude and said he wouldn’t give me any information unless we paid $70 to have him go take a look at the refrigerator. I told him if he was going to be rude then I’ll just go through another company to which he hung up on me. If their quality of service reflects the quality of their customer service I would not recommend this company."
