"Terrible experience, we had to use them because the home warranty picked them. First, they replaced our kitchen faucet a few months ago. It broke again within 3 days, and they had to come back and fix again. Now we had them out to fix a small leak under the master bathroom sink. The leaked is fixed but when the technician shut off the water to the house, something either broker or went wrong. Our water has been running non-stop since he left. They will not come back to check it, the extremely rude guy on the phone said time, I am not a plumber I don't know what to tell you. Also, suggested the water is running due to the rain we are having today??? I called the water company; we have wasted over 5,000 gallons since this happened and our water bill is over $1,000.00 which we are responsible for. DON"T USE THEM, CALL ANOTHER PLUMBER LIKE I HAVE NOW DONE."

"Everybody has said it here. Jose(?) came via my home warranty, took 10 minutes for him to tell me he needed to contact my warranty. A week went by without a response. I called and they informed me my warranty doesn’t cover. No reason. Proceed to quote me twice of what I would later pay for a much more decent electrician and dare ask to charge me up front deposit for them to come back. Who does that?"

I recommend you ask for Ron Madrugo, the apparent owner. I say "apparent" because you won't get straight answers from anyone at Ideal Services, including Mr. Madrugo. He and others won't even tell you their location(s). I researched Ideal thoroughly and found as many as three addresses: 648 Joey Ln, Henderson, NV 89011, 3508 E Charleston Blvd Ste A, Las Vegas NV, 89104, and 1812 W Sunset Blvd, St. George, UT 84770. There are a few takeaways about Ideal Services. When a company says it can "do everything," it generally can't do anything. For my money, if I need HVAC services, I call an HVAC company. If I require plumbing, I call a plumbing service. And if I need an electrical company, I contact a certified electrician. If I want terrible plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work, I call Ideal Services. The choice of Ideal Services came from my home warranty company, an entire "other" can of worms. Home warranty services are notorious for using cheap, unprofessional companies like Ideal to pinch pennies. And the adage couldn't be more accurate, "you get what you pay for." In this case, I paid nothing (other than an excessive electric bill, plenty of aggravation, and seven weeks of constant arguing) and got nothing. I didn't even get a warranty with the air conditioning repair provided by Ideal Services. I wouldn't want to disparage Ideal Services with the details of their horrendously unprofessional services. However, it should go without saying that if you are in need of professional services, don't call Ideal. There's nothing ideal about Ideal Services."
