"Tried to open a simple personal checking account. most branches have appointments out 7-10 days to do anything requiring a banker. This branch said they could get me an appointment in 2 days. When I came in, I waited and waited just to be told there is no banker and I could get another appointment in a couple weeks. Remember, there is no ZERO star option. Else they would have zero stars. From many others then me I am sure."
"This Wellsfargo ATM won't dispense money, wont accept checks, wont allow deposits. What is the point of an ATM if it cant do anything but let you check your balance. This has been an ongoing issue for weeks at this location. Get a ATM representative out to fix it or remove the device."
