"I had my first ever appointment at Sanford Family Medical at 69th & Louise Ave today with Dr. Lindquist. I am super pleased with my visit. Every member of the staff was 100% friendly and helpful. The reception staff, nurse and doctor were wonderful. The doctor was not rushed. He was focused on me. These people are clearly passionate about what they do, and it shows. Thank you all for caring and making me feel I am in good hands. I was also grateful that they had an opening and were able to get me in within 24 hours. 5 STARS!"
"Best Sanford clinic in town! The best doctors! They take time to listen to you, answer your questions, all around take great care of their patients! Lab technicians are also very easy going and kind. Highly suggest this clinic!"
"Have never had a bad experience here. On occasion it's a long wait but that happens everywhere. Dr Fritz and his staff are the best in Sioux Falls. As new patients he took the time at 11:00 pm to come meet his newest twin patients at the hospital. Love his team!"
"Worst patient experience I've ever had. The receptionist was very nice but the nurse and doctor were short and cold. The nurse asked what's going on with my weight gain and laughed. Keep in mind, it's been years since I've been at Sanford as I now live in Nebraska, so I was probably a kid the last time I've been there. I was only there because I was in town visiting family. The doctor was even colder. She was short, only asked me the bare necessities for diagnosis. When she was done she didn't tell me I could leave, no bye, nothing. She left the room without letting me know I can leave or even point to where I needed to go to get back to the lobby. I left the room and saw her sitting across the hall in her office. Needless to say I'll never go back if I absolutely do not have to."
