"I would not recommend this place to anyone. These residents pay a lot of money but they do not receive decent care at this place. They replace nurses with unlicensed staff. A lot of CNA and Med aid on the cart doing nurse'S job and going above their license. Dr order are not being completed. Treatment are not being done here at all. they are completely ignored or signed off but not done. Sometimes they are signed off but not done at all. Unlicensed staff are allowed to document and monitor behaviors here. Unlicensed staff are able to give a nurse to nurse report. Physicians order are not charted or executed for weeks because no nurse available to do that. State need to visit this facility ASAP. The ratio at night is crazy because sometimes they only have 1 nurse for almost 80 residents."

"I can honestly say this is the best job I've ever worked! I love being the Activity Assistant and I love being able to use my creativity with my job. We have such an amazing team here! "This is probably one of the best nursing homes out there. They take care of the patients as if they were their own family! The staff here are friendly and kind. I don't know what the staff is paid, but it's not enough for the amazing care they give. i highly recommend taking your loved ones here if you want them to be taken care of the right way."

"This facility is wonderful and has some very amazing staff. I have had 2 family members there 1 (my grandpa) for end of life care and the 2nd for some skilled pt/ot/st (my dad) which the therapist were wonderful working on the things we needed to be able to have him return home again. "I was an employee for about two months. Front office staff is newer, but working hard to get the building back in order after a bad review. However, while I cannot say enough glowing things about the administrator and front office staff or their work ethic, the corporate office only seems to care about money. They are more interested in an understaffed building, and a using unreliable agency than having staff we know we can rely on. Lantern Park has the potential to be amazing if corporate would let the facility management do what they feel is best for the residents they know and love."
