"I was a patient here for several years and my healthcare provider wasn't absorbed into the new UI system. I wasn't given any notice. I called today to make a routine appointment and was told I'd need to re-establish care with a new provider in West Branch, and I couldn't do it via telemed. This is not how clinics that care about patients operate, and I'll be finding a new provider."

"I've been out of medicine for over a week because my pharmacy called for a refill, and the office never responded. I had to call them to request a refill, and the receptionist put in a request for the wrong patient. I finally got a refill, but they sent it to the wrong pharmacy! I am a college student and have been transferring my meds to a closer pharmacy for two years now, and they still messed it up. Not loving this place anymore. Update: They sent my meds to the wrong pharmacy twice in a row even after I requested a change. I'm switching primary care. Avoid this place if possible."

"The doctors here- Dr Hickman and Dr Rosen— don’t really care about their patients. If it’s something simple like strep throat, then you’ll be fine. But anything remotely complex or out of the ordinary, they will not help you and have no sympathy for you. Dr Hickman even told me I was imagining my symptoms one time and I should see a therapist. (The last thing a chronically ill person wants to hear!) They also never follow up with you afterwards to see if your symptoms got resolved. You will be doing a lot of googling of your own symptoms and conditions because they don’t really help you, or try to even refer you to someone who could help you. I have only stayed with them because of the convenience of them being in the town that I live. I would not recommend these doctors to anyone!"

"Dr Hickman is such a fantastic provider! I won’t see anyone else. She’s thorough, she listens, and spends time to make sure your questions are answered, and any concerns are clarified. Best doctor I have ever had."

"Twice now I've been there for a scheduled appointment and the dr never showed up. After waiting in the exam room for 45 min. I left. I couldn't find anyone that worked there to tell them I was leaving. No one ever came to tell me what was going on and why I had to wait. I've called 5 times to confirm my next appointment but got put on hold for 10 minutes the first time. The other 4 times the recording said to try my call later. How can they take my health issues seriously if they cant even show up for my appointment or take my calls? Avoid this place at all costs! I won't be going back!!!"
