"Dr Prentiss took over my care after Dr Meeker left in 2014. I have been diagnosed anorexic for over 30 years. I came to Dr P to get help for stress-related weight loss. A condition Dr Meeker regularly treated me for. As I’m in tears, terrified that I weigh 95# at 5’5”, I ask him what I should do. His answer, verbatim, “Eat three meals a day.” No compassion, no concern. Well, gee! Wish someone had told me that three decades ago! What a brilliant idea!! I’ll just start eating even though I’m nauseated and vomit up everything that makes it down… That tells a person all they need to know about this “doctor”. I went to North Liberty and have been much happier. Currently weigh more than I EVER have, and it isn’t because I ate/eat three meals a day! Save yourself the trouble and money, and find a different primary doctor!"
