"I asked her in advance how much she charged to board my dogs and when I picked them up she charged me double. I didn't know that my dogs would be in an outside cage with rocks so they were filthy and I had to take them to get groomed. When I drove up to pick them up I heard my dogs barking coming up the driveway! Also they've been sick and throwing up every since they've been home. Never again will I take my fur babies back. If I was able to do a negative 5* I would definitely have pushed it! She most definitely taught me a lesson that I'll never forget!"
