"We went in mid day on a Saturday. No wait. Dr took a look at my daughter confirmed my suspicion of an ear infection and sent us on our way with a prescription and stickers :) Office staff was nice."

"Was told our child had COVID. When I asked what protocols were I was told it depended on my political stance. Next morning took the same child to Emergency Room because she was still struggling to breathe. ER doctor pulled labs and said the charts said our child did not test positive for COVID she was treated for Croup and within 2 hours of seeing a real doctor was doing much better. Would not recommend Kristen Barnette at Mercy Urgent care. We will not be back."

Everyone has different experiences, expectations, and their own interpretations of service they receive as good or bad. "They left me and my daughter sitting in a room for right around an hour waiting for results that we were told would take 5 minutes. When the dr finally did come back in she told us that she completely forgot about us. Now we have been waiting well past the 24 hours that we were told the other test would take and just keep being told “sorry nothing we can do” when we call. Definitely going to be going somewhere else next time."

"This has to be the slowest urgent care i have ever been too. I sat inside for 2 hrs waiting for results. All they do is just sit there and do absolutely nothing. Why am I sitting here for 2 hrs for a check up when im sick? Idk."
