"Where to begin with all the problems...first contacted them a week ago. Called three times throughout the day, every call rang and rang and rang until you are forced to leave a message (which will not be answered). Finally emailed this company asking what's going on, if they've received my phonecalls, etc. Got an email back from someone who's first language is certainly not English. The "office" that finally emailed back said I had been assigned to so and so and she would be giving a call today. 3 days pass, no call, and more email tag as they didn't answer the phone a single time again. If you are thinking about switching providers or start with these people, be prepared to jump through many hoops for a week. I can only assume their patients get about the same poor care as new patients just trying to get a single answer from anyone who works there. If I was a patient here and had to wait days or weeks to get an email or phone call back it would scare the hell out of me. Avoid this place at all costs. There are so, so many other mental health places to go that answer their phones and respond to email and genuinely care."
