"Called to see if accepting new patients for my adolescent, was told "yes, on a limited basis, let me ask you some questions. What insurance do you have? Diagnoses? Age of patient?" We have insurance, pre teen kiddo, has some diagnosises. Said they would check with provider and get back to me. Called next day and nope, not taking new patients. Don't have capacity to take on new. Wouldn't that have been something that should have been said with the initial ask? So if Mercy is now going to discriminate against people, for whatever reason, maybe they need have a list of who they will take so people know. It would be interesting to know what the "Yes on a limited basis" actually means. Very disappointed Mercy."

"Horribly rude, condescending staff. Dr Lancaster will blow off anything more complicated than a head cold. This is essentially a transitional clinic. Everywhere else takes months to get in. Nobody with common sense stays here for long. Why would they? The staff/docs at walk-in clinics are more competent and caring"

"Rob Lancaster is the one I have seen for a few years now. And has strate blown me off about my medications on 2 different occasions. They do not call back. Do not answer emails or the pharmacy. I'm looking for a different dr. And am going to report him and nurse to the state. I put 1 star but I would not choose this place. They only want you to go to a specialist. And it cost lots.."
