"Recently moved to area and this was the first place and only place I’ve taken my Mom’s hearing aides to when one of them didn’t want to charge. Walked in to office and Receptionist seemed a tad snarky and said it’s a $35 to even touch the hearing aides, then proceeds to give me attitude since we didn’t buy them at their facility. I had to leave the hearing aides to have someone look at them. A few days later, I get a call telling me they are over $600 for repair work. I was expecting a call before work was done to inform me they were no longer under warranty and what the charge would be for repair. Nope! They said she got new hearing aides and all along I was thinking they would call me to let me know they weren’t under warranty after all and what the charge would be if they needed repair! Nope! I got charged and repairs we already done! Shocked! Then I pick them up and receptionist gives me a bill w amount and nothing on bill that says what the repairs were but just amount to pay! I had to go home and spend 20 minutes re”pairing” them to my Moms phone. I also asked for wax filter replacements and she wanted to charge me $7 for ONE pack when we’re were always given a bunch w hearing aides back at a different facility! I ended up ordering off Amazon for $7 for a pack of 48! This place will be off my list as I wasn’t happy! I’m highly disappointed that the hearing aides were repaired without letting me know first that they weren’t under warranty! Bad bad customer service. Mechanics don’t fix a car then give you the bill, they call customer to let them know details before doing any work! Be respectful to customers! Then they supposedly did new hearing aides w charging box and it came without a dry capsule in it! How nice as old one had one it when I dropped it off!!! Way to take care of a customer!!!!"
