"This is an excellent place to give your business to. The whole team is very good. I find it aggravating when you can't get a "human" on the phone. Amber (in the front) is "on point" and will get back to you immediately. The tech, Chase, is very thorough and doesn't just run a vacuum through and call it good. Instead, he takes the entire thing apart and cleans each piece. After my cleaning, I still had a little bit of trouble with my fireplace and the owner came in-person. He suggested a new pilot light, and my fireplace hasn't gone out since. Last, I wanted a few items touched up with paint. Some would balk at my $313 bill for paint touch-up, but I was so grateful they didn't spray that stuff inside of my house. Also by having it removed, Chase was able to paint a more symmetrical look, rather than just blob in on the spots that needed attention. Give these folks a try, you won't regret it!"
