"My insurance changed and Caremore refused to fill prescription to cover me until I could find my next doctor. They told me that I'd have to switch back to the insurance they accepted if I wanted my lifesaving medications. Now I'm without my meds until the 17th of November. I'd suggest that everyone stay far away from them."
"This place had been blowing up my phone during my work hours, had told prior 3 callers this yet still same times I gor called. Last caller I was fed up & made appt so to stop calls, I told lady I wanted a reminder text email day before or phone call & got NONE of above . Then the calls start in again, I excused myself from work desk & let them know I had no plans of coming after all this for 3 reasons. 1. Consistently calling during work hours after being told. 2. I live on complete opposite side of town like hour away. 3. Reviews on line speak for themselves. Now my insurance provider has me trying to requalifying for coverage! No lie & Ive had this for over six years, seems awful shady to me."
"Don’t trust this place, shady shady work done here. This place some how got my number to do a physical exam, each time I’ve made an appointment they have switched my time and date to a different time then calling to confirm without even telling me. I scheduled an exam 2 weeks ago and still haven’t had my appointment due to them cancelling or switching. They have literally cancelled my appointment or switched times at least 4 times. I said screw it and went to a different doctors offfice. Do not go here, nothing but bad reviews to start."
"Didn’t feel welcomed and ordered the wrong test. I went here with with someone because the insurance assigned us to this doctors office. He usually went to a doctor that is 45min away. Since Caremore got back to us for an appointment we decided to go here. Doctor Jinxia Peng seemed to be helpful and we trusted her. She kept telling us we can go to our regular doctor 45min away so we don’t have to go there. She said it over and over. So we didn’t really feel welcomed. Caremore is so much closer to where we live now so Caremore would have been a better option for us. We signed papers to go back to the doctor 45min away because we didn’t feel welcomed. She was supposed to send us to get very specific testing done at the Iowa Radiology. We waited the week and a half for the Iowa Radiology. We go in and found out she ordered the wrong test. This is a serious thing to mess up. He needed the test urgently because of medical problems. She said we were gonna have to wait longer for insurance to cover the test now. So being the rush it was we found a location that could get us in day of and we are having to pay out of pocket for her mistake. She had the paperwork the ER sent to her requesting the correct test. All she had to do was order what it said. Very disappointing."
"Please don’t waste your time here. Not professional or caring at all… how are they still operating ?!BACKSTORY: I was a new patient and had a regular physical. I addressed my concerns and was told to reschedule & they’ll note on it new week. I thought it was kind of weird for any of that , the least I could do is, give me more information on why or guidance . But I ignored it and just rescheduled with Care More. Well, at the beginning of the week on Tuesday, I received a text message and phone call from Care More to confirm my appointment. I couldnt answer the phone call because I was at work, so I responded to text - Yes to confirm. I even got a corresponding message thanking my confirmation. Well my appointment was today (Thursday) and I come in. They tell my appointment was moved because I didn’t confirm. I SHOWED them the text message proof with time stamps. The lady does not show interest or an explanation. But proceeds to tell me “you have to respond twice to us and continues to ask does next week still work.” None of my concerns were not answered so I left to look for receipts. I was never communicated that you had to confirm your appointment twice or that my appointment was rescheduled. As you can imagine the frustration I have because I had to leave work for this."
