"There is one lady at the front desk that is so unpleasant and rude, I understand that they are busy and the work they do providing affordable healthcare can be stressful but someone with her position really needs to have more training on customer service and cultural awareness. This lady just has an attitude problem and someone needs to talk to her, she is literally the front face of primary health care because people see her when they go in. It’s the university location, I don’t know her name but they all need a training on being more professional. There is a difference between being assertive with patients and being straight up, rude and unprofessional. My mom was told very rudely that she needed to confirm the appointment for a dental service, she was told someone was going to call her to confirm. She never got the call."
