"I cannot emphasize this enough: I strongly suggest you go to literally ANY other OBGYN facility in the state. Of course, unless you want to deal with nurses potentially violating HIPAA like they did with me. Just yesterday, I found out that a (now) former nurse, Char (who was working under Dr. Jenkins) released my emergency contact information and that person’s phone number to a random organization… all without my consent. The office manager at Obgyn Associates terminated her once Char admitted to what she did. But I do not feel comfortable going back to this facility after this incident, especially since my personal information was breeched. I don’t know how this place trains their employees, but they need to do better to say the least. Something like this shouldn’t happen at all. This entire situation has delayed my medical treatment. And quite frankly, I don’t know how I can trust a new doctor after this ordeal."

"I’ve been going to OB/GYN for over 15 years and delivered my 5 babies through them. While no office is perfect, I have nothing but good things to say about them. Their care was thorough and everyone I have encountered has been kind. Doctors (in general) put up with a lot of difficult people, and I’ve learned that being kind to them can go a long way. After all, they are humans too, and I am putting my life in their hands. The drs and nurses at OB/GYN Assoc. are trustworthy of my health needs."

"A lady at the call center told me that I MUST make an extra appointment because of a new office policy. I asked to speak to billing because this didn’t sound right. Billing spoke to the Office Manager and confirmed that the extra appointment was OPTIONAL. She transferred me back to scheduling now no one in scheduling will take my call and I keep getting sent to voicemail. Horrible customer service. I’ve been with them since 2016 and had similar experiences like this. I am never going back."

"I've been going to OB Gyn Associates for 15 years, I'm just now pregnant with my second child and without question I called to make my initial appointment, I walked into my first appointment excited and walked out crying in the hallway. The doctor maybe talked to me for 30 seconds in a brief discussion put fear into my pregnancy, after crying in the hallway I composed myself to go back in and ask more questions, she was the least compassionate doctor and I still left upset. Today I broke my 15 year relationship and will have a new OB for this pregnancy, one horrible experience and I will never recommend."
