"Horrible just horrible….. the fact that I have to constantly call not even receive a answer….. I called numerous times no answer… and when I do get an answer there is no nurse to go over my results with me…. It’s the fact that when I went in to get my testing done it was all of 5 people go in in out the whole time I was there…. So the fact of them being overly busy and unstaffed is bogus…. I’ve even applied and they denied my application because I was not bilingual but no one was bilingual when I visit the office…. Do a favor and go to university campus they are much more professional…"
"My family have been goin to this doctor a while now an we have always had a bad time with the receptionist they will not help you instead they tell you to go somewhere else because they not accepting any appointments untile mid August not really giving me a choice if I would still like to schedule an appointment just refuses my family I just don't understand why should we have to go somewhere else if there doctor is there I would like for them to see there doctor she knows them best an it's just crazy the way they run business. You can never get an appointment, they take so long answering the phone an when they do they put you on hold for almost 20mins..I'm not sorry but Im so done with this place, we will be changing doctors just hate goin through this whole process just to get a little health care!..smh!"
"Visited 6 times and everything went well. My provider Ms. Crawford is kind and treats her patients with utmost respect and professionalism. Staff were all amazing from front desk, nursing and lab. Also had my COVID shots done here and it was done efficiently. You guys are amazing! Keep up the good work."
"I called here on April 17, 2018, after learning that my long time doctor had moved to this office. When I called, I told them that I needed a refill on a prescription from my Doctor, who was now there. They stated that I would have to be seen first, which is understandable. I have no problem with this, but they can’t get my in until the end of May. Ok, well I have a week worth of medication left, and the man on the phone told me that "I would just have to figure it out another way". I have been having another issue that I was hoping to discuss with my doctor as well. I have a VERY extensive medical history, that is a lot to explain, and I wanted to my doctor’s feedback, and see if I should try to get into someone else, or wait to see her. I asked if a message could be passed to have my doctor call me. He responded that no, because I am not yet a patient until I am see, they can’t pass a message. At this point, I wanted someone with at least a room temperature IQ. I asked for the office manager. She got on the line, and basically started drumming away with what the last person had told me, without even hearing out my concerns herself. At that point, I asked if this was a written policy, or just something they do for fun. She stated it was the Clinical Director's rule. I asked to speak with her. They came back saying she was in a meeting, and would have to call me back. I was shocked to get a return call after 10 minutes. I simply explained the situation, and she came back saying that they do this, because the front desk tends to lose messages, so they just don’t take them. REALLY?!?! This is your solution? Rather than work with your staff, or maybe put a better system in place, you just don’t take messages. I have chosen to find a new doctor, which is rather upsetting. I love Dr. Kennedy, but I refuse to go to this clinic. No thank you."
