"Nice guy but always late to his appointments. He will give you a surplus of medications and then won't fill them on time. Going without medication is dangerous. I switched doctors today."
"I've been seeing Dr. Wilharm for 8 months now. Warning to new and prospective patients, he is ALWAYS very late for his appointment with you. But honestly, I don't mind waiting cause I work from home. I do telehealth with him, he always gives me all the time I need to talk about my mental health. He has really improved my Depression, Anxiety, Insomnia, and PTSD over the time I have been with him. There's also been meds we tried that didn't work out for me and I communicated that with him and he was quick to tell me to stop them and we can try something else. I really enjoy his warm and friendly personality and the office ladies are really nice over the phone too. So yes, you will have to wait for him, but it's worth the wait in my opinion!"
"Has been the best psychiatrist I have been to and has really helped me when others wouldn’t. Yes appointment times can be much later but he does a good job and takes time with his patients. I have never felt this good mentally in my life!"
"Seriously would not recommend him to anyone I have the hardest time now over 3 years later trying new medication because of him. I told him I was concerned with the meds I was taking because I felt so lifeless that I couldn't even take care of my 2 year old daughter. He told me to just push through it and keep taking it. I can't just not take care of my kid because I'm trying a new medication. I also ALWAYS waited at least an hour for a maybe 15 minute session"
"One of the most phenomenal doctors I have ever met! He listens to his patients, really listens, and cares more about you than himself—that’s why he’s late if ever. He’ll take whatever time you need. He’s very intuitive and takes the time to listen to not only the patient, but the family members who live with the patient. Very experienced in his field, and an incredible listener. He’s not only been a blessing in our lives, but also in the life of our son—thank you Wilharm!!"
