""Buyer Beware" with this facility. All persons considering SunnyView may want to obtain IN WRITING ANY information from the facility business office about expenses to anticipate for facility stays. Recently, within a timely manner during a family's stay, and in good faith, the business office staff was consulted about costs to expect for this family member's stay. The business office should have sought out family to advise. The business office staff reviewed pertinent insurance information and it was determined by the business office that there would be NO EXPENSES BEYOND THE INSURANCE PAYMENTS. Now, MONTHS later, the facility has issued an invoice for thousands of dollars with ten days to pay. It is NOT the consumer's responsibility to gather all the facility entrance referral information or to do the facility business 'homework' with the insurance nuances and rules with the referral information. It is the responsibility of the facility to gather all pertinent information about each referral they are considering, including running "insurance histories and scans" and then to advise UP FRONT each consumer about coverage, or lack thereof, and ANY expenses to anticipate. Each consumer therefore should be invited to participate in decisions about length of stay/discharge dates relative to expenses, and not have a discharge date imposed on their situation. Families and consumers should make informed decisions and the facility should ALWAYS stand by their accounting information."

"The walls are yellow and cracked the paint is chipped on dressers ceilings and walls, the room fits 2 people in a room in a very small room. The rooms are messy and dosent feel very clean. It smells, it's dirty, it's small. There's flies everywhere. The chairs are cheap metal lawn chairs for those visiting the facility."

"Sunny View is a great place to have your loved one. Staff are amazing, compassionate, and caring. Sunny View is a amazing place to work also! The activies department, nursing department, and dining are beyond compair. I would recommend this facility to anyone and everyone looking."

"My grandpa has bed bugs in his bed, he’s gone 2 weeks without a bath before, he’s reported multiple times where they would not feed him, or get him a drink when he asked. Management is very rude, and don’t seem to truly care about the facility “they’re running” low quality care from most of the CNA’s. The care seems better on the weekends but I haven’t gone to visit many weekends. If you love your elders I truly don’t recommend this disgusting care center."
