"Not only did the counselor give horrible feedback, and caused more issues in our household. But then when my husband was late to an appointment due to a family emergency they charged him a $175 “no-show fee”. Which is completely unethical already since all medical boards only suggest $20-$40 of a fee. He was late, absolutely, but definitely not a no show. In a way I’m thankful this happened because it made my husband “breakup” with this counselor who is truly horrible at his job. Im shocked this is a “family therapy” operation when I heard some of the advice that came from this counselor. My husband would honestly get better help from a pre-teen camp counselor than here."
