"I went in on a Friday afternoon, they had to draw blood and send it off. It’s now Tuesday afternoon and the results just came back. However, nobody there is available to tell me what it all means, and there are some concerning levels. They don’t know when someone will be free to read the results and get back to me either. 5 days and nobody can even tell me if I have a kidney infection yet. This seems normal to them. Save your time and go to places with in house labs like Mercy or UnityPoint."
