"Wonderful Staff that assist you with directions to navigate through to your designated area .The Radiology Dept was busy so the Reseptioist was extremely prompt and friendly keeping the patients moving along and in good spirits.Staff were very professional and knowledgeable inregards to job details and made it as comfortable as possible .It truly makes a difference when enduring medical challenges a little compassion and understanding sure makes a difference it makes it a Little more tolerable."

"Deceitful billing practices drove us out of Mercy One North. Every time we went in, there was some sort of account balance due. Some charges were old and had no explanation. After a leg incident, the nurse offered crutches for free, then we got billed for them. After three years of going to Mercy One, we would rather die than go back."
