"This place is ridiculous. They take your child to a separate room where they cannot see you and you cannot see them which I understand without spending any time with them after you're told not to tell them why they're there and then wonder why the child doesn't open up and tell them what's happening. They do a complete body exam on the child writing off things that could definitely be evidence scarring the child further while forming a legal opinion that the child is safe to go back to the abuser. Word of advice if your child is speaking out to you record it without letting them know especially if they're under the age of seven."
"The ladies (older lady and a blonde) at the front desk were so incredibly rude and unhelpful. I have never been to a Blank children’s clinic before that had that bad of bedside manner I would not recommend any mom to ever go here. My child wasn’t even seen because after 20 minutes of fighting with the ladies at the front we left. Really sucks since I’ve heard such great things about the medical staff there and the facility that two receptionist can ruin it for the whole clinic. I will not be ever going back."
