"Best clinic I've been to, since I left my pediatrician. I've followed Dr. von Harz for over 10 years. She listens, not in a rush, and very knowledgeable. The clinic always tries to get me in to, when I need to be seen. I never had an issue her. I love her and the clinic. Polite staff too!"

"I had been going to this place since I was a child seeing Tally Hempy. Every time I went in as I got older I noticed that I would wait atleast 20+ minutes in the room to see her, but she was in a rush to end the visit within about 10 minutes each time. I've been having chronic pain issues for awhile, and the last visit I had she said "what do you want me to do?" And expressed that she "didn't have time" while I was describing my ongoing symptoms. I told her another doctor said I may have fibromialgia or EDS. She said I do not have EDS and fibromialgia can not be diagnosed. This was dismissive, and untrue. It made me feel hopeless. I may be quite young but my pain is real. After this I thought I lost my insurance but found out I still had it a few months later. When I called to make an appointment I was informed that I was dropped as her patient because I "didn't respect the appointment policy" This dissolved my referral to the pain clinic meaning I wasn't able to get the treatment I needed. I also notice she fills out her reports after I leave answering questions she never asked me, some of which the answers were incorrect. Being dropped was a blessing in disguise. I now go to a different doctor through the U in NL who listens to all my concerns no matter how long it takes, asks questions and pointed me in the right direction via multiple referrals, mentioning that I may have EDS based on my described symptoms and physical after a single visit. I hadn't received a physical from primary care probably since grade school. I wish I had seen a different doctor sooner."

"I really love coming here. I see both Lisa Moenning and Sarah Evans depending on who is available, lately Lisa and she has been amazing. They both make me fell safe and they listen to my concerns. I also think the front staff is amazing and so nice and helpful. There is one nurse who is absolutely great and she does an amazing job drawing blood, which is my worst nightmare. They fit me in on a days notice and treat me like I'm a real human being. Would absolutely recommend trying this office."

"I’ve been going to this Centre for over 10 years; my primary physician is Dr. Lisa Johnson. All of my experiences are wonderful: I feel listened to, cared for, respected (even when I’m clearly over-tired with a newborn - and crying more than said newborn), and I’ve never had to go back because of a misdiagnosis. Recently, I thought I was having heart problems - when I called in the morning of my afternoon appointment with chest pressure that was increasing, they had me come in right away to do an EKG; I was not judged or brushed aside when nothing was found - diagnosis of anxiety and a good conversation had me on the best track I’ve been on in over two years. If I’m running late - I call in and they let me know if they can still see me; the only time I was asked to reschedule was when I was running 15 minutes late - completely understandable! Jennifer and Suzanne are amazing nurses that go above and beyond with my kids and me - they are wonderful human beings!"
