"Horrible experience just trying to set an appt. It took four calls in a three plus week period to get a phone call back to set up a diagnostic colonoscopy. The receptionist on the phone was snippy (sir we are very busy) but I was promised for the fourth time that I (also very busy) would be called back. Maybe not today. Starting to hold my breath right now. If I could I would go anywhere else to have this procedure done."

"This was a HORRIBLE experience - was not informed it would be done under "mild sedation" until I got there - all other colonoscopies done elsewhere have been done under full sedation. I will NEVER go here again!!"
