"Scam to send people to mercy ER. Went twice, once with something in my eye. Had to go to ER in case stroke (what the?) and this time had diarrhea, sent to ER because maybe blockage tumor. When I went to the ER for my eye, they have no optometrist. After numberous tests sent home with a doctor mad saying "I guess good for you". Disgusting, incompetent and a scam."
"Took my son in and Haley the nurse practitioner was very professional and treated my child quickly. The staff is also very friendly! Thank you!"
"I'll start off with saying I've had bad experiences here in the past (8-10 years ago) but today's visit was great. I didn't have to wait long and the Dr. was very nice and helpful. I'm pretty sure Ryan was his name, and not once did I feel like I was an annoyance to them. In the past, an older dr literally told me to "put my big boy pants on" as I was dealing with a lot of pain. I stayed away for years because of him, but Ryan was very professional and got me the medicine I needed today. The nurses were very helpful too!"
"I have been feeling unwell all week and called the urgent care center with my symptoms and asked if I should go there or to the ER. I was told to go to urgent care. After waiting over an hour to see an apparently overworked nurse practitioner(I say overworked because she was one of two in the building and only saw me for 2 min) I was told that there was nothing they could do for my issues and I really should have seen primary care doctor or gone to the ER. After the NP left I was given some items to take for follow up but it was made clear by both the aid and the NP that there really wasnt a point to it since they couldnt assist me. I cant imagine ever returning to this facility and I am questioning why I would continue to use Mercy Medical Services which more and more feels like an oxymoron since they just collected a co-pay and tell you to leave."
"Urgent care is way better than the doctors office next-door two times in the past month. They have had me wait for a callback when I should’ve went to the ER right away. Allergic reaction, hour for them to call back to tell me to go to the hospital today could not breathe 1 Hour in I called back and was spoke to you like I was dumb for asking for help if I could write 0 stars I would . Horrible experience especially for being a Catholic facility. Go to St. Luke’s because they do care way more."
