"Urgent care here means it's urgent to get you out as fast as possible. The nurse was amazing, the dr was in and out in 5 minutes, tried to explain my chest problems and got cut off multiple times. This is my second time going to this urgent care and it will be my last. Same guy as last time."

"You can never get in, they are always at capacity no matter what time you call to get in. I’ve called at 8 am, 10 am, 2pm different days of the week and they are always at capacity. The lady was snippy and said it’s because they have one provider so they either need some serious help or just to close down."

"Brought my baby in for suspected pink eye 40 minutes prior to close. I was asked if I had a reservation. I didn’t. It’s a walk in urgent care…..Anyways, was told they’re at “capacity” (2 people in waiting room) and that they couldn’t take on my baby. Zero empathy."
