"Dr. Crane has been wonderful! They seem to constantly have issues with their phones not working, and even though this is an “appointment only” clinic, prepare to wait for your scheduled appointment. I have once waited over 40 mins. Poor communication as well from front desk. Dr. Crane herself has been amazing and is the first doctor I have felt had actually listened."

"Dr. Briggs is a great professional, since we came to this center she has treated us exceptionally well. I only put a note to improve, the reception staff. I haven't seen a smile yet, not a thank you, not a please take a seat. Of course they should give them training in that regard."

She's the perfect mix of giving you information/advice that's backed up by science and research but also realistic and practical and understands that it has to work for your family. She truly listens to your concerns and always has ideas and information to help. The staff is also wonderful! We've always been able to get in for same-day appointments when necessary and we love the convenience of having the "walk-in" option first thing in the morning if we've been up in the night with a sick child. We are so thankful for MeryOne and Dr. Hanson being here in Norwalk!"

"Dr. Hanson is the best pediatrician. She has taken the time to get to know my little ones. She answers my list of questions everytime I come in. She has agreed to see us at the last minute at the end of her shift. She has taken us in an emergency in the middle of the day. When I delivered my youngest I didn't want any other pediatrician near my baby. She listens to your needs and wants as a parent. She's even helped us out when we've had parenting struggles. She has directed us in the right direction when our oldest had a stutter. If you're looking for an amazing/the best pediatrician this is her!"
