She is there to make sure you are receiving the mental health care you need! Everytime I see or speak with her, she makes my day so much better with her warm, friendly personality and wonderful sense of humor! "I would like to start this review off by stating that I normally don’t write reviews but considering the experience my boyfriend had at this facility I feel I should warn others about this place. I’m very disappointed in the inexcusable, unprofessional, and inappropriate behavior displayed by Cindy towards my boyfriend. My boyfriend had an appointment recently which he communicated with Cindy that he could not attend due to car troubles. After my boyfriend communicated this with Cindy she exploded. She started swearing at him and even threatened to cease his services. As a social worker I’m disgusted by the aggressive behavior displayed by someone who is supposed to be supporting a vulnerable population. My boyfriend just got out of the hospital for his mental health which she was fully aware of but still treated him the way that she did. I used to recommend Synergy to my clients but now I will be sharing my awful experience with anyone even considering them as a provider."

"I have had nothing but great overall experiences with Cindy at this clinic. Cindy checks her email even when on vacation and will make sure medication refills are sent, and replies to concerns. My 12 year old sees her and when I started telling Cindy about my kids issues she knew exactly what was going on and listened to my concerns and was very receptive and patient focused. There is a shortage everywhere of mental health providers but they were able to get my kiddo in pretty quick."
