"CORE Therapy has been there for me over the course of several years! As we age, certain parts of the body get stiff and achy but Core has helped me to feel young again! You dont have to live with knee, hip or back pain! They also give you exercises to self treat if the issue should arise again. Thank you Blake, Kirsten, Mike and Jacob for helping me feel 100% again amd able to walk and exercise with no more pain!"

"I worked with Jacob on breathwork and improving my breathing. He was very helpful and easy to work with. He helped me understand how the way I was breathing was contributing to my anxiety, causing me to have shortness of breath, and making me feel congested. He gave me some easy exercises to do to improve my breathing habits, and even after doing them for just a week or two, I was already able to see improvements! I started feeling less congested, better able to take full breaths, and my anxiety was getting better too. I had always thought that my anxiety was causing my shortness of breathe, but he explained how my shortness of breathe was actually what was causing much of my anxiety, which is why these exercises helped. He also answered any questions I had along the way and explained and demonstrated everything well so I made sure I was doing the exercises properly to get the most out of them. I'm grateful for Jacob's help and the improvements I'm already seeing, and I look forward to continuing with what I've learned to keep improving even more."

"I highly recommend the CORE PT team! I was recently a CORE (Adel, IA) patient for 6 months during the recovery period after my out-patient full-knee replacement surgery. The entire CORE PT team was a pleasure to work with - from the receptionists to the physical therapists to the billing department representative. All were ultimate professionals. Robin was my main physical therapist and I greatly appreciated the great care and expertise she provided me during our bi-weekly appointments. She also guided me on the regular exercises I should perform at home to ensure improved knee function.
