They work with you on scheduling and whenever I couldn't make it to a talk only kind of appointment they've made video appts possible for me. "I set up a consultation with this service and got a call from the person who would be doing the consultation saying he was out of office on the day they scheduled me. They just rescheduled me at another date and time that didn’t work. I tried calling that number back and the number didn’t even work. So I tried calling this office back. I left 2 messages even though it was still within their open business hours and never got a call back. I took my business to another place that has much better customer service."
