"We are so grateful for this clinic. We went in with my grandson who had an ear infection. The front staff were very helpful, friendly, and efficient. The nurse-practitioner was wonderful working with young children. Once the diagnosis was made, she called his prescription over to Broadlawns pharmacy where again we were treated respectfully and professionally. We love having this clinic in our neighborhood and will definitely recommend it to others. Thank you!!"

"as a Drake student, I am appalled at the treatment I received at this clinic and from Broadlawns customer support when I tried to get assistance. I was told by the front desk when I made my appointment for a Covid test that the university would cover it because I am a student that did not happen. If I could give this zero stars I would! Warning to all students do not come here You will be overcharged, and staff will be unhelpful and downright disrespectful. I feel disappointed and betrayed not only with the lack of care provided by Broadlawns, but also with the Replacement of free medical services to students with grossly overpriced ones by the university. EDIT: I have just found out that part of the reason my bill was so high is because Broadlawns never charged my insurance/added it to my file, DESPITE me providing my insurance card when in the clinic."
