"I went to this location for over 4 years and have become so frustrated with the level of service and reception staff, I have decided to leave. The reception staff makes you feel you are a burden and they should not be bothered. It has progressively gotten worse and I do not recommend this location."

"Friendly doctor, however, I've been experiencing several issues in a row of a nurse deciding that she didn't need to assist me in the care that my doctor and I had already planned. I need a nurse that will take ten seconds to read the notes or that will talk with my doctor before dismissing my medical concerns. My healthcare may be more complicated than most, so I don't expect them to understand that. But the nurses shouldn't be handing out medical advice or preventing access to the providers."

When I called to make an appointment, the staff were very helpful and made it really easy to get one set up. When I arrived, the check-in staff were very friendly yet expeditious which I appreciated. The nurse and doctor listened to my concerns and made sure everything we had to do was comfortable and at my pace. I really appreciate the kindness and respect I was shown."

Dr. Mortens is wonderful, she is very attentive to me as a patient and asks all of the right questions. The front desk ladies that have helped me have been great and more than willing to assist with my various requests.
