Concentra Urgent Care

"People sitting at the front desk were very short with the patients coming in. They would talk very loud and gossip about other employees. When patients came up to ask questions they were very rude to them. I waited in the lobby for 40 minutes in order to get a drug test for a new job. Once I got in, the nurse that was helping me seemed like she was juggling 12 things at once. She was very nice though. Overall, this experience was mediocre. I’ve been to other places that allow people to just walk in and do drug tests. If I had a choice I would not go here for a drug test."

"The young lady there that sets on the right with glass on was Such a big help to me. I just got my eyes dilated. I couldn't see nothing. She helped me out so much. I appreciate that."

"How is it possible to be an urgent care and not have any available appointments until 2 1/2 weeks? I called them and the lady that answered said that the wait was about 2 hrs because they had a big group that had just walked in. She said she didn’t have any available appointments for today so I told her that was ok that I can go tomorrow because my Primary Care only had an appointment 2 weeks from today and I need to be seen and she said hummm let me check we should be the same or even more! Seriously? She really sounded like they didn’t want to see me. So I told her ok that I was going to be a walk in then and she proceeded to say “but be aware you will wait more than 2 hrs” i said that’s ok as long as I can be seen."

"Everything runs fairly smoothly when I've been there. The biggest issue is that they send a link to your cellphone to have you register for your appointment. When filling in some of the answers, the keyboard on my phone covers the answer field so I cannot see what I've typed without closing the keyboard. A bit frustrating and time consuming."

"Went here for preemployment physical and drug screening. I had an appointment and filled out everything beforehand but ended up waiting an hour before they told me I had even more paperwork to fill out. I ended up filling out almost 4 identical questionnaires. The appointment took 4 hours and was confusing every step of the way. Most of the staff was unfriendly and impatient. I have trouble understanding people sometimes and they just kept repeating the same instructions over and over. It's was incredibly frustrating. I never want to go back."
